Cloak of Moonless Night

This cloak is woven of shadoweave and obsidium thread. It appears as a glossy, inky blackness, completely black in any light. The shadoweave material makes it and its wearer porous to darkness and shadow magic, and the obsidium thread makes it highly reflective to all other magical energies.

• Spell Turning 10% (turn 10% of targeted spells)
• Shadowmeld: At-will, free; while in dimness or shadows, you become completely invisible. This is considered a concealment effect, not an illusion. In addition, you gain 50% incorporealness, making you 50% likely to treat any effect as incorporeal, except light and force effects. Effect ends if you leave dimness or darkness.
